Clinical Nurse Leader - full time
We are seeking an experienced palliative
care nurse to lead Hospice Marlborough’s Nursing team.
The Clinical Nurse Leader will be part of the management team
and expected to make a significant contribution to service
development and strategic direction.
The ideal applicant will be energetic, professionally
confident, well organised, an excellent communicator and
passionate about palliative care.
Applicants will have:

Experience in nursing leadership
-
Evidence of and a commitment to education
and excellence in palliative care nursing practice

Highly developed skills in communicating
vision, strategic thinking and leading effective change
-
Current registration with the New Zealand
Nursing Council
-
An affinity with the mission of Hospice
Marlborough and The Salvation Army

The hospice has a multidisciplinary team
which includes:
Access to other services such as dieticians, spiritual
counselors, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, home
support (ie personal care or household management) can be
coordinated by hospice staff.
